How to Enroll at MVTC

Our admission process is straightforward. Complete these four steps to begin your training at MVTC.

Sit the MVTC Entrance Examination

Candidates are required to sit the official MVTC Entrance Examination to assess their readiness for the desired training program.

Submit Academic Credentials

Successful candidates submit their academic credentials and all required admission documents to the MVTC admissions office.

Receive Admission Letter

Qualified applicants receive an official MVTC Admission Letter along with a Student Identification Number confirming their place.

Enrollment & Orientation

Students complete enrollment, pay their training fees, and participate in the official MVTC Orientation Program before training begins.

Required Admission Documents

Academic Documents

  • WAEC/WASSCE certificate or school transcripts (official copies)
  • Any additional academic certificates or awards
  • Proof of prior training or work experience (if applicable)

Personal Documents

  • National ID card or valid passport
  • Birth certificate or statutory declaration of age
  • 2 recent passport-size photographs
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Completed MVTC application form (signed)

Program Information

All MVTC training programs run on a training cycle basis of 52 weeks in duration. Successful graduates are awarded an official MVTC Certificate in their field of study.

Frequently Asked Questions

All MVTC training programs run for 52 weeks (one full training cycle). There are no semester-based programs at MVTC. Upon successful completion, students receive an official MVTC Certificate.
The MVTC Entrance Examination is held at the beginning of each training intake. Contact the admissions office or visit our campus at Somalia Drive, Japanese Freeway, Paynesville for the current examination schedule.
Applicants without a WAEC certificate may still be considered based on their entrance examination results and relevant practical experience. Contact our admissions office to discuss your eligibility.
MVTC works with national and international partners to provide financial support to eligible students. Indicate your interest in financial assistance when submitting your application documents.
All graduates receive an official MVTC Certificate in their chosen trade. This certificate is recognized by employers and industry partners across Liberia and is a mark of practical competence in your field.
